Rare Rolex Datejust 36 with Roman Dial
The reference 16013 is one of the classic Datejust models from the late 1970s. This particular example is especially interesting due to its rare Roman dial. The gold-colored Buckley version with Roman numerals gives the watch an unmistakable character and makes it a special vintage model.

Inside the Datejust, the proven Rolex Caliber 3035 is at work. According to the manufacturer, the automatic movement has a power reserve of approximately 50 hours and is one of the well-known Rolex movements of this generation.
In July 2026, the movement was cleaned, oiled, regulated, and professionally inspected. The results on the Timegrapher are excellent: the measured rate deviation is 0 seconds per day, the amplitude is 251°, and the beat error is only 0.2 ms.
Thus, the movement presents itself not only technically excellent but also as a convincing component of this special vintage Datejust.
Original Rolex Jubilee Bracelet with Stretch Repair
Another highlight is the original Rolex bracelet. The bracelet is in very good condition and still has a beautiful, authentic stretch, which is characteristic of vintage Jubilee bracelets.
The existing stretch has been professionally reworked and repaired. In addition, the highly polished areas of the bracelet have been polished and the satin-finished areas have been expertly refinished.
With a length of 19 cm, the bracelet offers good wearability and underlines the authentic vintage character of the watch.

The overall appearance of this Rolex is exceptional for a vintage watch from 1978. The case is rated Mint, the bezel is in very good condition, and the crystal is as good as new.
