Important Information Regarding Pickup

Pickup is available exclusively by prior telephone appointment. Unfortunately, visits to our office without a confirmed appointment are not possible.

Please note that access to our premises is permitted only by prior arrangement and is limited to a maximum of two persons. Pets are not allowed in our office and must therefore remain at home.

Payment on site is available exclusively by credit card, debit card, or instant bank transfer. We currently do not accept cash payments.

We reserve the right to request a valid form of identification from the person(s) collecting the watch. Collection should only be made by the customer who was previously registered and with whom the appointment was arranged.

Should any discrepancies arise—for example, if a different person (such as a friend, colleague, relative, or other third party) arrives instead of the agreed customer—we reserve the right to refuse handover and cancel the appointment at short notice.
