Shipping policy

1. Shipping Conditions

Shipping is carried out exclusively to the delivery address provided by the customer.

The delivery time is determined by the respective product description.

Shipping costs are clearly stated during the ordering process and are to be borne by the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

In the event of a withdrawal, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

- The watch must be returned in its original condition, complete, and undamaged.

- Accessories (e.g. original box, certificate cards, warranty cards) must also be included.

- The goods must be properly packaged to avoid transport damage.

We reserve the right to charge fees or reduce the refund amount if:

- parts are missing,

- the watch shows damage resulting from improper handling,

- the watch is returned with inadequate packaging,

- the watch has been opened or repaired by an unauthorized third party.

Each return will be carefully inspected by us.
This inspection may take up to four weeks.

A refund will only be issued after a successful inspection.

If damage or violations of the return conditions are found, we reserve the right to refuse or appropriately reduce the refund.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

A refund will be issued within 14 days after completion of the product inspection.

Any return shipping costs not properly covered by the customer may be subsequently charged to the customer.
