Before a watch is offered for sale, our watchmakers carefully inspect it, thoroughly clean it, and professionally recondition it. We proceed step by step, paying attention to every detail – with the goal of handing you a piece of watchmaking craftsmanship in top condition.

Transparency is especially important to us: Almost every watch comes with a Timegrapher certificate documenting its accuracy. This way, you know you're getting a reliable and precise piece.

COMPLETE SERVICE

Certain watches require a complete service. Our watchmaker completely disassembles the watch, thoroughly cleans each individual component, and re-oils the relevant parts. The case is also thoroughly refurbished before the watch is finally precisely adjusted. This way, you receive a watch that functions reliably and also shines in its best visual condition.

WATERPROOFNESS TEST

For diving watches, we conduct a professional water resistance test up to 6 bar. This ensures that your watch meets the required standards and you can rely on its reliability. You can always find detailed information on water resistance in the respective product description.

RATE VALUE REGULATION

We precisely regulate almost every automatic or hand-wound watch. Our goal is to keep the rate deviation as small as possible, thus offering you the best possible wearing comfort.

POLISHING THE CASING

We polish the case with the utmost care, giving the watch a fresh, attractive finish. While doing so, we always ensure that the watch's original character and special charm are preserved. Our goal is to enhance the case - without distorting it or losing its authenticity through excessive polishing.

REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGE OF COMPONENTS

If necessary, we professionally replace certain parts of your watch - for example, the crystal, the crown, the sealing ring, or other components. This ensures that your watch not only looks great but also functions reliably.

STRETCH REPAIR

For certain models, we perform a so-called stretch repair . This involves professionally reconditioning the metal band to reduce the loss of tension caused by years of wear. This restores the band's stability and comfort.
